Personalized Items

Personalized items are unique and specially made according to your specific requirements. Due to their personalized nature we require a 50% deposit to confirm orders and  these items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a production defect. If you receive a personalized item with a production defect, please follow the steps below:

  • Notify our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item, providing a detailed description and supporting evidence of the defect.
  • Return the defective item to us using a reliable courier service. Once the courier receives the product from you, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that courier fees will be deducted from the refund amount in case refund is requested after the courrier leaves.

 

Non-Personalized Items

Non-personalized items can be exchanged or refunded within 5 days of receipt, provided they are in perfect condition as received. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange for a non-personalized item, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the item and specify your intention to return or exchange it.
  • Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Return the item to us using a reliable courier service. Please note that courier fees will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

 

Return Shipping Fees

If you request a return or exchange after the courier has already delivered the item to you, return shipping fees will apply. 

Please note the following important points:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the specified conditions mentioned above.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow a reasonable processing time for returns and exchanges.
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons applied at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
